Tyent is proud to announce what now represents the strongest commitment to customer service in the entire water ionizer industry. The longevity and reliability of our flagship products, the 9000T Under Counter Extreme, the MMP-7070 Turbo and the MMP-9090 Turbo Extreme, has allowed us to increase our warranty period for all products and service. Our Tyent 9000T, MMP-7070 Turbo and the MMP-9090 Turbo Extreme units will now carry a standard Lifetime Warranty on parts and service. Notice we do not use the term “limited” in our warranty.
It was important to Tyent to offer a lifetime warranty that has high value, and one that is not to be used as just a marketing strategy with too many stipulations to have any value. Because of this, our warranty contains no stipulations, no fine print, and no hassles. There are no limitations with regard to hard water, or with regard to the amount of water that is produced by our Tyent machines. Also, there are no requirements for how many filters you must purchase, or how often you need to change your filters, to keep your warranty valid. In fact, our entire warranty rules and regulations are listed in one short paragraph below.
All New Forever Guarantee: This Lifetime Guarantee is applicable to all units purchased on or after January 15th, 2010. If our customers experience any performance issues with our cutting edge Tyent water ionizer systems, then we will fix or replace the unit (within a week in most cases). Any damaged unit will be fixed, or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to you (excluding shipping). The only thing not covered under our warranty is accidental breakage that could be caused by dropping one of our units or damage caused from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration, and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.
The terms above are in effect forever on our Tyent 9000T Under Counter Extreme, our Tyent 9090 Turbo Extreme and the Tyent 7070 Turbo units.

Please take your time and enjoy the benefits of your new Tyent water ionizer. You have a full 60 days to experience the wonderful benefits from the alkaline ionized water that our water ionizers produce. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus an industry standard 15% restocking fee . The 60 day trial applies to residential Water Ionizer units only, and not to filters or portable Ionizers. If you find that your water ionizer is not producing the clean ion water quality that you desire, please remember that all our machines are adjustable for your source water. Please call one of our technicians to ensure that your machine is adjusted properly if you find that you are not getting the results you expect. In most cases, the factory settings are sufficient, but depending on your results, some minor adjustments can be made to improve performance.
